Was on the cover of Houseboat magazine!Normally I would start out talking about the living quarters of a house boat, but this water home has a MAN CAVE on it. Yes the party deck has a canvas enclosed MAN CAVE. You have a comfortable bar along with bars stools to serve your friends up. The bar is equipped with a ce maker and a Franklin Chef bar size Refrigerator. In addition you have a couple bar tables with chairs and bar stools. The powerful stereo systems gives you that true bar feel. And what is a bar without a pool table. Yes a POOL TABLE with all of the accessories included. I know I had a lot of you at man cave. but lets talk about the daily living of this boat.The first thing you will notice as you board this boat is that it has a custom built aluminum door frame as opposed to the normal curtains that you pull open and have to stumble through. This is a framed door that allows you to step aboard just like stepping in to a house.The front deck is spacious and well furnished. Great view and with it being 18 feet wide it makes a great conversation pit along with being comfortable for morning coffee or evening beverages. Most occupants will spend the day under the ceiling fan.The next thing you will notice as you prepare to enter the living room is thee is a door bell at the front door. This eliminates those akward moments of when you come aboard to know if anyone is home or not.The living area is well arrange and give you the homin feeling of being in a dryland home. Plenty of room and probably larger than many living rooms. The furnishings are high quality and lightly use.From the living area you enter the dining area. The first thing you will notice is the snack bar and how well it fits with the lifestyle you are looking for. To the left of the snack bar you will find a granite dining area with seating for 6. As you enter kitchen to your right will notice a buffet with spotlights lighting the area. The living area offer the first of 2 entries to the party deck with a hatch above to allow the areas to remain separate when you want them separate.In the kitchen you will find more than ample storage and an abundance of appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a double door Frigidaire refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The counter space is large for a home on the water. You have a Frigidaire Microwave , 4 burner stove and a full size oven. (I am already thinking Thanksgiving dinner). There is a Frigidare dishwasher and a trash compactor. To the right of the snack bar you will find the first step down to the queen size cuddy cabin for your guests. The cuddy is nicely arranged and has more than ample storage.As you walk down the the hallway through the kitchen you will step up to the Quest quarters this is equipped with ample storage if you are going to have long term guest stay onboard. It has direct access to the quest bathroom. The quest bathroom is a jack and jill design to allow access for all of your friends onboard.The hallway carries you to the master suite with kings size bed and a beautiful ensuite. Again the 18 feet gives you plenty of room to move around and not feel like you have just walked into a bed instead of a bedroom. There is plenty of storage and space to allow this to be a long term liveaboard.Walking out the aft doors of the master suite you find a private patio that is huge. You have plenty of room to enjoy the private time you get or to invite a few friend to play in the water. The back patio include 2 jet ski ramps and a step down swim platform with a sturdy swim ladder. From the patio deck you have a spiral staircase that takes you up to the party deck.I know I spent a lot of time stalking about the MAN CAVE but the party deck uses the back half for outdoor activities. Is is more than enough for the kids and grandkids to play and for anyone that wants to layout to have their space.Things I haven't mention or not mentioned enough. There are 5 tv's 3 flat screen and 2 standard tv's. lighting including recessed canopy and rope. This should be an even more beautiful boat on the water at night than it is during the dayThis listing has now been on the market 30 days.
