Beautiful 1989 Sumerset Houseboat for sale. Stored in dry dock outside of Page, Arizona, houseboat is used yearly on Lake Powell. Changing family dynamics forces the sale of this boat - larger than needed. Houseboat has been recently painted, and is newly carpeted inside and out. One of the two refrigerator/freezers was replaced two years ago. Kitchen includes electric stove/oven, microwave, trash compactor - well-equipped (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee pot, toaster, etc.). Propane BBQ. Chevrolet carbureted V-8 5.0L engines work well. Ignition system is standard point and condenser configuration, carburetors are two barrel. Westerbeke 12.5 KW generator. Has heater/A/C unit. Sleeps 12 (master bedroom, 2 cuddies, bunk beds, pull-out sleeper couch) inside. Shower in restroom. There is a projector screen and projector. DVD player. Lots of under floor storage. Vessel holds close to 400 gallons of fuel, with two tanks dedicated to the engines and two tanks for "Toy" fueling with rear deck fuel pump. This boat could be a terrific yearly family vacation, or a group of owners could share the vessel throughout the season and share the expense of maintenance. The boat was last used in July of 2017, operating properly on both trips. Lake Powell is excellent for water sports, fishing, hiking, sight-seeing, star-gazing, and so many other possibilities. The boat receives yearly servicing through the Antelope Point Marina and will need to be "winterized" before the onset of winter. The boat has had two owners and has always been at Lake Powell.
