This 23 foot Sugar Sand Oasis has a powerful aluminum alloy single inboard engine, the 250 HP V6 Optimax Mercury. The boat body, engine and trailer are in excellent condition.Due to the Mercury jet drive power:1) it is lighter weight and has quicker acceleration2) there is much less chance of hitting submerged obstacles and runs in as little as 18 inches of water - 6 inches of water when boat is on plane3) the absence of an outdrive means there is no propeller or sharp outdrive edges to bang up shins or toes when swimmers are at the rear of the boat. Up to 10 people can be on the boat and there is room to move around. Features a three quarter rear sundeck and large swim platform. There is a walk thru transom and a wrap around windshield to provide comfort and protection. Included is a dinette table which is easily stored and secured in the decking of the boat.There is a sturdy boarding ladder which folds up in a swim deck compartment after use. A wakeboard tower hardly used is included. Also there are summer cover and winter covers included with the boat (both shown in the pictures). The winter cover has been patched in a few places but keeps the elements out. Both snap securely to the boat. There is a bimini top included which provides shade when on the water. The tower and bimini are shown in pictures separate from the boat.The two axle trailer and tires are in great shape. The trailer is balanced so there is minimum tongue weight when towing.When purchased in February 2005 the cash price for this boat and tower was $25,000. The snap-in cover is only 2 years old and like new. Wonderfully cared for and priced to sell for estate purposes.
