1999 Stingray 250cs cuddy cabin overnighter boat!I purchased from family member/original owner. Was kept on the Eastern Shore (brackish & salt water) of Virginia from 1999-2016. We brought home to use at our local lake and have been cleaning the boat up, BUT real life means that we've never actually gotten to take the boat to the lake. :( We've taken on more demanding jobs and aren't finding the time/money to finish restoring/fixing the boat up like we'd hoped. Would like to get it out of my driveway and get it to someone who can appreciate.Mechanical:The Bad: We discovered a crack in the engine block this May after having been properly winterized last fall. Engine still runs but will need repairs.Engine was rebuilt in 2015 and has less than 50 hours on it.Boat:The Bad: Hull damage has been patched, but was never repainted - see photos. We began buffing the gelcoat, but haven't had time to continue. In the full boat photos you can see the difference being made by the buffing.FM Radio is not working.2 Full Salon enclosures - one vinyl and one screening. Vinyl panels are yellowed and a few are cracked. Some of the zippers are in rough shape. (To be expected for a salt water boat of this age.)Bimini tops are in good shape and the 2 of them cover the full length of seating, but the zippers to the Bimini boots are sticking. (To be expected for a salt water kept boat of this age.)Vinyl is in good shape - is not original. I have tried to keep it thoroughly clean and protected.Custom snap on cover - has been patched up, re-waterproofed & snaps replaced all within the past year.Full custom carpeting included - is losing the rubber backing which is to be expected at this age, but is great to have.Cuddy:2 sleeping areas. One where the dining area converts and one under the main deck.Refrigerator was working last time we checked. Have not tested the stove or sinks or the porta potti.Trailer:The Bad: Trailer Brakes aren't working. My husband ordered 2 new brake lines, but hasn't had time to install them.Trailer brake lights were replaced last year. All sold as is. No warranty. Please be sure to have full payment and/or financing in place before bidding.Successful buyer will submit a $250 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of sale.
