There will be no refunds after 24 hours of payment or once you take possession of the boat or take possession of the signed title from the boat owner even if you decide not to transfer the boat into your name or you have a change of heart before or after you take possession of the boat and/or title.

---- Please fully inspect the boat with or without a mechanic before taking possession of the boat and within 24 hours of payment. We also offer no warranty or refunds once you take possession of the boat or title or have a change of heart. All sales are final and "as is,"
