Starcraft SCX 231 Surf

2017 Starcraft 231 SCX Surf edition. Bought in June of this year as a new boat with 8 hours on it. Used it all summer long cruising and surfing Lake Keowee in SC and Lake Lanier in GA. Had first oil change last winter at the 8 hours with dealer in NC. We added a dual battery set up and depth finder in August, local Volvo dealer installed both. There is no hour meter, but at the time of the battery/depth finder install we were at 45hours. We have surfed up until 3 weeks ago, so we are probably at 90 or so hours now. Had it detailed and waxed/buffed 3 weeks ago. It's an awesome boat, feels huge inside. Is in great condition, runs perfect. We fell in love with surfing, progressed in our abilities really fast, and have now purchased a dedicated surf boat to take our surf dreams farther. Here are some highlights of the boat:-Surf series with built in ballast, Zero off GPS speed control, and surf tabs (makes a very rideable wave with just stock, gets bigger and better with extra ballast bags...has plenty of room on the floor for bags, which is what we did)-Volvo reverse drive lower unit...allows for safe surfing since the prop is forward facing and several feet under the boat like a true inboard.-Volvo 300HP Penta engine-Awesome Kicker sound system with speakers everywhere, amp, sub woofer, tower speakers, helm control and rear deck remote control-Color changing lights on speakers and cupholders-Nice bimini-Tons of drink holders-Table and post-Igloo cooler with a dedicated spot under seat-Dual battery set-up-Depth finder-Underwater lights-Anchor locker in bow-Ladder on bow (Bow sits high in the water, great for jumping off of!)-Awesome and huge rear swim platform with ladder-Rear swim platform seats with wet storage-Electric actuator engine hatch-Tandem axle Hustler trailer with LED lights and surge brakes-Collapsable towerI included a pic of some slight scraping that happened at a restaurant dock when an idiot ran by the docks way too fast, leaving a big wake and the front scraped on a dock cable. It's superficial only...besides that the boat is in excellent condition.The 5 year warranty started in June, so there is still 4.5 years left! New ones are in the 60k range if you can find them.I'm sure I forgot something. The boat is currently at myshop which is 5 minutes from a launch. I will probably have it winterized after Thanksgiving. I've been storing it in my climate controlled shop when it gets cold.If that darn surf bug hadn't bitten us so hard, we wouldn't be selling it. Gonna really miss the layout and storage. We came from Yamaha jet boats, this Volvo revers drive is sooooo much better to drive. It is easy to control at slow speeds, it is crazy fuel efficient (gonna really miss that part), it has plenty of power.
