Starcraft SCX 231 EXT OB

This is a true crossover deck boat, wake board boat, ski boat, fishing boat and cruiser. Seats up to 13 people comfortably and will cruise at about 53mph. I have a clear title (not financed).

MSRP on this boat was $87,097. I purchased this boat in the summer of 2019 and it has about 35 hours on the motor. Only selling because I already purchased a larger boat that holds 17 people. Tandem trailer included with factory boat cover. This boat is priced well below NADA book value.When it comes to interior space in a boat it is really hard to beat a deckboat. But for those who arent ready to go full commit to a true deck boat this is a hybrid that blends sport boat styling with deck boat space. The Starcraft SCX 231 OB EXT is marketed as a Crossover between a sport boat and a deckboat. The EXT refers to how the outboard is mounted. On the 231 the outboard is not mounted onto the transom but rather on a bracket that extends it another 2 feet from the boat. With automatic adjustable trim tabs, this boat is very smooth on the water and quick to plane out under full throttle. The aft bench seat shares a backrest with the transom lounge. This then lifts up and folds flat to give you a spacious sunbed. What I like about this is how easily it happens compared to other transom lounges, press one lever, lift and pull and you have a lounge. On the transom side of this lounge you will see a bench seat that spans the full width except for the starboard walk through. There are two cup holders, speakers and a transom remote control. The upgraded KICKER sound system is awesome. This means youre going to spend a lot of time back here. But it also shows there is a lot of functionality with this lounge as the seat is a great height to put wake boards or an air chair on.
