UP FOR AUCTIONISMY CLASSIC1986 STARCRAFT CUDDY/SPORTFISHER. I SANDBLASTED THE BOTTOM TO BARE ALUMINUM AND APPLIED EPOXY TWO YEARS AGO. THE TOP SECTION WAS SANDED AND REPAINTED WITH EPOXY AT THE SAME TIME. THE INTERIOR IS ALL ORIGINAL AND IS IN GOOD SHAPE. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE ENGINE AND IT HAS BEEN SERVICED AND WINTERIZED EVERY YEAR. THE LOWER UNIT WORKS GREAT AS WELL WITH NO PROBLEMS EXCEPT FOR ONE WHICH I WILL ELABORATE AT THE END, WHICH DOES NOT AFFECT THE BOATS NORMAL FUNCTIONSIN THE WATER WHAT SO EVER. I HAVE THREE TOPS WITH THE BOAT. ONE MORRING COVER IN DECENT SHAPE, A BIMINI TOP WHICH IS ABOUT THREE YEARS OLD AND IN GREAT SHAPE, AND A NEW CAMPING TOP, WHICH HAS ONLY BEEN USED ONCE. PART OF THE CAMPING COVER IS USED OVER THE COCK-PIT (SEE IN PICTURES) AND HAS ALL OF THE SIDE WINDOW COVERS ETC., AND IS IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION (ONLY REASON I DO NOTSAY PERFECT IS BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN USED ABOUT5 TIMES OVER THE PAST THREE YEARS SINCEFABRICATED).I HAVE INSTALLED A SOLAR PANEL WITH TWO BATTERIESON THE FRONT OF THE BOAT TO RUN MUSIC OR CELL PHONES ETC. VIA AUX. POWER (CIGARETTE LIGHTER PORTS). I HAD THE BOAT IN SALTWATER ONE TIME WHEN I TOWED IT TO FLORIDA (FROMWV, 1000 MILES)AND STAYED ON IT FOR TWO WEEKSAT A DOCK. THE SYSTEM WAS MATICULOUSLY FLUSHED OUT AND REWINTERIZED FOR THE TRIP BACK HOME. THE TRAILER WORK FLAWLESSLY. THE TRAILER IS MECHANICALLY INGREAT CONDITION BUT THE PAINT JOB SUCKS. I SANDBLASTED AND REPAINTED THE TRAILER 5 YEARS AGO BUT I USED THE WRONG THINNERIN THE PAINT AND IT SPIDER WEBBED ALL OVER. THE UNDERCOAT PREVENTED IT FROM RUSTING BUT IT AINT PRETTY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO TAKE THE TRILER CROSS COUNTRY AT ANY TIME. SAME WITH THE BOAT, I HAVE NEVER HAD A SECOND THOUGHT ABOUT TAKING IT OFF SHORE OR DOWN RIVER AS IT HAS NEVER FAILED TO START.....NEVER. NOW THE BAD, WHICH AINT TOO BAD.....THE LOWER UNIT WOULD NOT RAISE TO THE TRAILERING MODE (THE TRIM CONTROL FOR RUNNING IN THE WATER WORKS PERFECT) SO I HAD TO HELP IT INTO POSITION MANUALLY WHILE THE TRAILERING TRIM WAS INITIATED. CHANGED SELONIODS, REPACKED THE TILT GEARS (THOUGHIT DID NOT NEED IT), CHECKED ALL WIRING AND FUSES, AND INSTALLED ANEWTRIMMOTOR.EVERYTHINGIS FINE BUT THE DREADED BLOWHAMMER COUPLER, WHICH IS A $7.00 PART (DEPENDING WHERE YOU FIND IT), BUT IS A BEAR TO GET TO AS IT IS LOCATED BEHIND THE TRIM MOTOR ON THE TRANSOM. YOU EITHER HAVE TO PULL THE MOTOR OR HAVE A VERY LONG AND SKINNY ARM TO REACH THE LOCATION, WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. SO,I'M SELLING THE BOAT IN ITS CURRENYT CONDITION, WHICH I HAVE TO USE A ROPE TO PULL THE MOTOR INTO TRAILERING POSITION, WHICH IS BY NO MEANS HARD TO DO. MAY NOT LOOK GOOD WITH THE "IN"BOATERS AT THE DOCK,BUT I NEVER DID CARE ABOUT THEM ANYWAY. WILL TRY TO FIX IT AGAIN IN THE SPRING IF NO ONE WANTS HER THE WAY SHE IS AND UP THE PRICE A THOUSAND OR SO.ALSO THE FIRST AND LASTPICTURE WAS ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAMPING TOP, THE REST ARE LAST SUMMER.THE BOAT NOWHAS SOME RIVER SCUM ON THE BOTTOM WHERE I LEFT IT IN THE WATER FROM SEPTEMEBER TO THE END OF OCTOBER LAST YEAR,BUT ONLY USED IT TWICE (WISH I WOULD HAVE NOT DONE IT AS THE SCUM WAS NOT WORTH THE TIME). I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TOINITIATE SOME PERIMITERS IF YOU BUY HER......$500.00 NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT THROUGH PAYPAL WITH-IN 24 HOURS......YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO COME AND GET THE BOAT AND PAY THE BALANCE......IF YOU CONTACT ME I CAN WORK WITH YOU ANYWAYYOU NEED IF 10DAYS DOES NOT FIT YOUR SCHEDULE.....COMMUNICATION IS A GREAT THING AND I AM VERY REASONABLE. THANKS FOR LOOKING AND HAPPY BIDDING!!
