Also, there is the seat against the transom and the one behind the passenger seat. There is a photo of them, but they are not installed on the boat at the time of pictures. Decent shape but some separating at the seams on one of them. I also have the infill cushions for the V berth and aft cabin that is not installed in the pics. All interior cushions/ materials in very good shape. I have lots of new original fabric to go with the boat as well as owners and boat manuals! This boat is turn-key and ready to go! Just Bottom Painted and Waxed this week. It is ready for the water! I am having my mechanic install new waterpumps, all lower seals, and poppit valves this week as normal maintenance before launching. The boat is overall in great shape and clean! There's always a couple items on the 'to do' list. This is mine for the boat: Macerator pump for holding tank is not working, not sure why as it is new, but it needs to be fixed, The aft cabin has a small leak, I believe I know where its from and its a simple caulking fix. If I have time, I will fix. Due to the leak, one small panel in the aft cabin needs replacing, I have the panel, and the material, just have not replaced it yet, simple project. The wall common to the stair has some delamination of the veneer, not a big deal, but I'd re-cover that as well to make it perfect again. I will knock these items off the "to do" list if I have time. I just re-sealed all the railing stations this week as well. These are the known issues with the boat. All minor and cosmetic, but I want to be upfront and honest with anything I know about the boat.I am only selling the boat because I moved over the winter and I cannot get under the fixed bridge to my house. This is my 3rd Stamas and they are truly great boats! I love this boat and you will be impressed by the overall condition of this boat.Being as its a used boat, it will be sold as-is. Fell free to ask any questions or come view it in person. It is currently on land and still winterized, but I can certainly start it up if you'd like. I may launch it this weekend and keep it at a friends house if he has enough dock space. Call if you have any questions or want more details. Ken phone I'm looking to sell asap as I need to find a boat that works for me before the season starts
I am open to honest, fair and equal TRADES....Not a $15k boat for mine that has been suggested, let's just make it fair and equal. Cash can flow either way to make it even. I need a boat with 9'-8" maximum bridge clearance. Would consider a Sun Sport, Express Cruiser, Large Bowrider, Walk-around, Center console with cabin. Guess I'll consider anything, ideally 28'-32' but may even consider a smaller, newer boat, but must be in great shape like mine. Unfortunately no inboards due to the shallow waters I boat in. We can look both boats up on nadaguides.com to establish values of each. If it wasn't for this bridge, I'd be keeping my boat, it is perfect for fishing, cruising, or being a day boat.
