Also, there is the seat against the transom and the one behind the passenger seat. There is a photo of them, but they are not installed on the boat at the time of pictures. Decent shape but some separating at the seams on one of them. I also have the infill cushions for the V berth and aft cabin that is not installed in the pics. All interior cushions/ materials in very good shape. I have lots of new original facbic to go with the boat as well as owners and boat manuals! This boat is turn-key and ready to go! Just wax her up, put on some bottom paint and your ready for the season! There's always a couple items on the 'to do' list. This is mine for the boat: The refrig died the end of last season, I will be providing a NEW one (AC/DC) and will try to install prior to sale. Macerator pump for holding tank is not working, not sure why as it is new, but it needs to be fixed, (I always pump out), The aft cabin has a small leak, I believe I know where its from and its a simple caulking fix. If I have time, I will fix. Due to the leak, one small panel in the aft cabin needs replacing, I have the panel, and the material, just have not replaced it yet, simple project. The wall common to the stair has some delamination of the veneer, I'd re-cover that as well to make it perfect again. There are a couple interior pieces (starboard) that could use some minorcleaning up. Looks like previous owner tried to paint it or something, probably could be cleaned or sanded to perfection.
These are the known issues with the boat. All minor, but I want to be upfront and honest with anything I know about the boat. I am only selling the boat because I moved over the winter and I cannot get under the fixed bridge to my house. This is my 3rd Stamas and they are truly great boats!Being as its a used boat, it will be sold as-is. Fell free to ask any questions or come view it in person. It is currently on land and still winterized, but I can certainly start it up if you'd like. Call if you have any questions or want more details. Ken phone I'm looking to sell asap as I need to find a boat that works for me before the season starts. I'm open to offers. The starting price is less than half the book value of the boat!
