This is a project Boat. It does float fine and was in the water 3 years ago. One engine did run but kept cutting off. Other engine does not run. Floor above gas tank is soft but can be unscrewed and fixed proper. Has a lot of fishing room on back and front. Top is also hard shell and very strong. Cabin is spacious with sink and separate bathroom with commode. Trailer is included in the price
