Smoker Craft Sun Chaser

Up for sale is my 2006 Smoker Craft Sun Chaser pontoon. She is 22 feet long and 8 feet wide. She is powered by Yamaha 50 HP that runs and operates perfectly. This boat is really well laid out. It has an expanding room for an enclosed porta potty or changing which takes away no seating.

It is ready to put in the water and have fun this summer. All systems on the boat operate as designed. The Stereo is brand new. There is a fish finder bottom machine. Even though the boat is almost 10 years old the layout/striping and the interior colors are still very in style today.

I ALWAYS call what is right and what is wrong with the stuff that I sell on classifieds board. My 100% rating proves that. Do not believe for a second that there are any 2006 boats that are perfect. They were not perfect when they were brand new. Yet sellers and dealers do not disclose any problems until you are the high bidder and you go to pick up the boat. I call it like it is and show pictures of any issues. There are no secrets with my listing. That is why my rating is 100%. I am unaware of anything else that is wrong with the boat other than what I have listed below.

• The motor and drive operate properly and get very good

  fuel economy.

• The motor has just been major serviced, filters, plugs,

  impeller, within the last 25 hours.

• The motor looks brand new under the cowling.
• The stainless prop is like new.
• The motor was sprayed with corrosion guard when it was

  brand new.

• The motor cowling has a few light scratches but overall

  is in excellent condition.

• There carpet is in very good shape and is original.
• The seat vinyl is in good shape. I consider it above average with very

  little sun fade.

• The bimini top is in fair shape it has some sun fading.
• The control helm and gauges are in very good shape.
• The bimini frame was scraped up from dock rash. It has been repainted.
• The drivers

  seat is in very good shape.

• The Boat is

  stored inside.

• There is typical light corrosion on metal

  surfaces.

• The changing room works but needs a shower curtain

  installed.

• The playpen

  walls have typical dings/dents/scratches from docking. (Pictures)

• Just installed marine stereo works well. .
• This boat is solid.

  Solid Floors, Solid transom no structural issues whatsoever.

Overall this boat is in above average condition mechanically. I feel that interior is in above average condition as well. The exterior and pontoons are in average condition for this age boat. Overall I would rate it an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.

The trailer is a 2006 model 22 ft single axle galvanized trailer. It is in average condition. The lights have been replaced with new LED housings. I will sell the trailer for NADA average retail value only to the high bidder of the auction. NADA value is $980. I find that there are many people that want to store their boats in a dry stack storage facility and dont want a trailer. Also there are people that already have a trailer and just want a boat. For these reasons the trailer is not included in the auction price.

Finally, this is a no reserve auction. The high bidder at auction end will be the new owner. Bid on it. This is an auction. Please have permission from your wife, husband, father, mother, sister, brother, partner, banker, bookie or anyone else that could halt the purchase BEFORE you bid on my boat. I report all none paying bidders to classifieds board. I do not cancel any of my auctions. I do not end auctions early. If you want this boatbid on it. Money must clear the bank and be in my account for me to release the boat and sign over the ownership paperwork. This must take place within 7 days of auction end. There is no loan on the boat it is owned free and clear. Of course if I grossly misrepresented the boat I would not expect you to buy it. Thanks and happy bidding.
