Sleekcraft Diplomat

1985 Sleek Craft Diplomat. I purchased this boat about a year ago as a project boat and have found that I just don't have the time to mess with it and its to nice to sit and ruin so It is up for sale. Buyer needs to understand that this is a PROJECT BOAT. The boat is not running due to a cracked block (Engine froze and busted, Just the block was affected) Alpha 1outdrive is in good condition.The hull and gel coat on the boat are in good shape and doesn't need any work. The transom and floor from drivers seats back have some rot and the stringers under the drivers seats have delaminated. Front stringers and floorin bow area seem fine.The rear engine stringers are not delaminated and seem solid. The boat does not have any seats ( I was going to have custom seating made). Boat comes with a very nicedual axle trailer with electric winch and surge brakes. Trailer is color matched to the boat and is alone worth $1,000. This would make a very unique beautiful boat if someone had the time to invest. You could have a custom boat for cheaper than you could buy a similar boat that doesn't have your own ideas in it.
