I am listing my mother Skiff craft. This boat has beencompletelyrestored including the trailer. The main reason for selling is dock space. They have a 1947 Chris Craft that they are going to keep instead of this one. The boat runs great and is perfect for skiing.
The mooring cover is in good condition.
Paint is great
Wood is in perfect condition. This boat was actually taken to the skiff craft factory and any wood that was bad was replaced.
Motor runs good. It is a 305Chevywith an OMCout drive

1.) Brought home from seller removed all flooring wire brushed, vacuumed, applied hydrogen peroxide, applied CPES epoxy sealer, and West Systems epoxy to entire bilge area along keel (except engine compartment) up to second or third strake on each side of keel.
2.) Had full custom (Sunbrella fabric) snap cover made.
3.) Discovered a few delaminated strakes after first bottom paint took to Skiff Craft for repair/replacement.
4.) Began stripping of entire external surface of hull.
5.) Removed & discarded existing rub rail vinyl.
6.) Filled & faired entire hull with West Systems fairing compound & epoxy.
7.) Applied (2) coats Z-spar Undercoater.
8.) Applied approx. (4) coats Z-Spar Enamel.
9.) Replaced new rub rail & alum. transom corner guards
10.) New Skiff Craft logo plates.
1.) Pulled engine to properly repair former owners temporary JB weld fix to block (professionally welded)
2.) While engine was out treated entire engine bilge compartment cleaned, CPES treated, and West Systems epoxy treatment.
3.) Added additional bilge pump.
4.) Installed Propulse Adjustable Pitch Prop.
1.) Removed all beauty boards from interior sides of boat, stripped, sealed, and varnished them
2.) Refinished mahogany stern rail boards, replaced any broken railing hardware
3.) Refinished swim platform, & replaced rub rail vinyl.
1.) Replaced water intake impeller in out drive.
2.) Replaced worn vertical propeller shaft & bearings in upper unit.
3.) Replaced all flooring with Nautolex Deco-dot flooring.
1.) Began stripping of bottom, discovered additional planking delamination, returned boat to Skiff Craft for replacement. While there they finished stripping bottom, treated entire bottom with CPES, applied under coater, and Vivid bottom paint
2.) While boat was in for above repair, I refurbish the trailer. Complete wire wheel of trailer surface including all suspension parts & fenders, (2) coats primer, & (2) finish coats enamel
3.) Replaced shackle plates and bolts (greaseable) on leaf springs.
4.) Painted safety non-skid surfaces on trailer walk areas and fender tops.
5.) Replaced all lighting fixtures & wiring.
6.) Replaced bent axle with new custom axle.
7.) Added complete new Disc Brake axle braking system including tongue assisted coupler.
8.) Replaced worn bearings, & seals
9.) New wheels and radial tires
10.) Had wheels spun balanced
11.) Replaced all rollers with new polyvinyl ones, including bowstop
12.) New carpeted bunks
13.) Upon return to Skiff Craft to pick up boat, performed custom roller/bunk adjustments per their recommendations.
1.) Removed & refinished mahogany seating, motor cover, and dash parts.
2.) Replaced seating foam in front seating pads.
3.) Had a custom motor cover made, including Skiff Craft embroidered logo
4.) Sanded outdrive unit, primed with Interlux PrimoCoat, finished coated with Interlux Trilux
5.) Replaced striping.
