This boat is extremely well maintained and is structurally guaranteed. Below the water line the hull has been

painted with four coats of Micron CSC paint on top of Iterlux interprotect 2000E two part epoxy barrier

coat for protection against blistering and for continuous in water usage as a live aboard boat. Above the

waterline the decks are solid indicating no water penetration into the substrate. Below, the boat is totally

dry with no mildew order whatsoever. The 7.5 KW Generator; the two Air conditioners; the fresh water;

and the Septic systems are all functional. LOW ENGINEE HOURS.This boat has many other extras.Local pick up only
