ABoat has been sitting for 5 years due to a divorceIt was winterized and running fine when put away.Generator runs, neeeds water pump I have a new Sherwood water pump.Air conditioning all working new March pump installed. Has 3 separate ac units for 3 zones.The hull is in great shape. Seats great shape. Cabin has been updated to the new style. Green carpets removed and all white cabinets in kitchen updated to the wooden look.Its a big boat. To big for my needs. 46 feet overall.Great opportunity for the right person.

Hi are all of these photos current? Also is there a local mechanic who would be able to get the boat running again? Do you have any information on the other mechanical systems required to run the boat? I don't mind getting it fixed and running just trying to get a clear picture of what is entailed. I will get a survey but want to get as much info up front. Thanx.
