1995 silverton 41MY yacht. 45'3 overall. this has been a fresh water yacht its entire life. powered by gm crusader 502 fuel injected motors . 2 staterooms,( 2 ) 3/4 baths, dining area, living room, galley, and aft deck. port engine and transmission replaced with less than 250 hrs since. starboard motor and trans replaced with less than 200 hrs on it since. last 8 years has been low rpm, low use, low speed. recent replacements include new lighting, satellite tv, new 42 inch tv with dvd, new 20inch tv with dvd, gel batteries, digital depth, ac seapump,, hot water tank, fridge/freezer, 2 of the three ac units, garmingps/ depth,and much more. engine synchronizers, service engine system. codes ran on engines in late September with no codes current or in history. has a 6.5 genset with soundproof cover.raritan ice maker.engine room is spotless. holds 408 fuel, 200 water and 40 holding.. has the normal amenities like dockside water, anchor windlass, carbon monoxide sensor, auto fire ext system engine room, much more. needs nothing. turnkey vessel.. books out at better than 75 grand, even without fresh power..
