For Sale by 2nd Owner. Very well maintained, no expense spared. Sitting outside our home off Las Olas Bld., Fort Lauderdale, FL. Boat has been used quite a bit over past year and needs nothing. Will consider trades and partial trades: LR-4, F-250, waterfront/beach condo, waterfront property, multifamily investment, airplane-jet (SR-22 Turbo), etc, etc...If you look at the bottom of this summary, you will see every other 390 on the market and notice, we are the least expensive, BUT this yacht is as near perfect as you can get. One of the nicest in the country and it is completely turn-key (with all brand new bedding, dishware, cushions, LED lighting, lines, engine service, AC cooling service, blower motors, batteries, LED engine room lighting, electrical service, etc..., everything!). I even have a 330 Avon Ribjet that does 30mph that is like brand new that I will include for $5,000....this is a $10,000+ rib tender - dingy! It can pull a tube and skier. I just had the swim platform and rear steps finished with teak-like material on the yacht. ($2,000).Like new 390 Silverton Motor Yacht, overall length is 44', 14' beam (wide body) full salon/cabin like a 50+'.HIN: STNAJ127D304USCG DOCUMENTATION NUMBER: 11458292 Recent full out of water surveys completed this year, I purchased in Dec. of 14' as our first yacht ever and we have fallen in love with yachting. We now have a 54' also outside and am ready to sell this one. When we purchased the yacht, we did everything on the boat to make it how we wanted it...new. Beautiful condition with new isinglass and canvas surround ($10,000), bow cushions, new complete AC (compressors, hoses, redid all pump, etc...$6,400), filters; raw water filters, new impeller motors/ impellers; new exhaust corners, spark plugs, alternator, starters, batteries, fresh water pump system, etc. etc. etc... bedding/sheets/towels/some gauges/full detailing/ everything is turn-key, like new.The appeal of this aft-cabin yacht is found in her spacious interior and civilized deck layout. The 390 employs Silverton's so-called "Side Walk" deck configuration made popular in the company's previous motor yacht designs. This layout, which replaces the side decks with a set of molded steps running down both sides of the house from the flybridge gives the 390 MY a full-beam salon and easy fore deck access from the bridge! Both staterooms are fitted with queen beds, and both heads have separate stall showers, with one being one of the spacious showers there is. The salon is open and very spacious with satin finished cherry woodwork and plenty of headroom. To provide more aft deck space, a molded bench seat slightly overhangs the integral swim platform. Topside the helm is forward on the flybridge with a triple-wide helm seat and lounge seating for 9-10 guests. This yacht gives the impression and feel of a 50' vessel. We had nearly all exterior lighting exchanged with Blue LED lighting, including all cup holders. The boat looks amazing at night.More details.Manufacturer: Silverton Yachts, PO Box 702, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215Phone:show contact infowww.silverton.comYear/Make/Model: 2004 39' Silverton Motor YachtHIN: STNAJ127D304 Verified from the transomHull Material: Fiber Reinforced Plastic, (FRP) Powerboat Guide 2015Hull Type: Modified Vee Powerboat Guide 2015LOA: 43'7" Powerboat Guide 2015Draft: 3'11" Powerboat Guide 2015Beam: 14'0" Powerboat Guide 2015Dead Rise Aft: 17 Powerboat Guide 2015Weight: 24,900 lbs Powerboat Guide 2015Clearance: 13'6" Powerboat Guide 2015USCG Documentation Number: 1145829 Port side Bow/USCG WebsiteGross Tonnage: 31 USCG WebsiteNet Tonnage: 25 USCG WebsiteOverall Vessel Rating: Fair ConditionEstimated Fair Market Value: $145,000 to $175,000Estimated Replacement Value: $770,500.00 BUCValuProFuel Type/Capacity: Gas/334 gallonsFresh Water Capacity: 100 gallonsWaste Capacity: 60 gallonsType of Engine(s): Twin 8.1 Crusaders 385hp (GAS) BUT WAIT...less costly to maintain annually, less costly to rebuild when the time comes, and for the fact we really do not do long range yachting...there is no difference in miles per gallon at slow speed (inter-coastal). overall, less costly to operate. The shafts did not have any unwanted movement when rotating the propellers. The propellers appeared straight. All thru-hulls appeared to be clear and clean of debris. The anode's on the trim tabs, shafts, rudders and transom are wasted and need to be replaced. The rudders had no unwanted movement. The rudder logs are tight. Overall, the hull and keel areas and under machinery are in average condition."
