Engines look good but probably need rebuilt. There’s some leaking coming from hatches ( probably need resealing). This is a good looking boat and I’m not sure if anything works on it. Could be used as a floating 2 cabin condo or possibly an Airbnb. Nada wholesale on this boat is 27k but that’s with the engines running. Carpet needs cleaning or replaced. Cheap slip ... only 250 a month and insurance is only 250 yearly. You are buying this boat as is ... I’ve tried to describe everything as accurate as possible

I bought this boat to to take south but things have changed and I no longer need this boatso I cannot tell you much about the motors or generator. They all look complete but previous owner said they need some attention.

Twin 502 Crusaders with velvet drives and freshwater cooled. Low hours and everything looks clean in engine compartment.

Slip is paid up til February 1st and is transferable, slip is 250 a month or 400 a month if you live onboard. Marina has heated bathrooms with laundry, lockers and big showers. It's a floating one and a half bedroom condo on the water.
