The Silverton 352 Motoryacht employs the "SideWalk" deck configuration which provides access to the foredeck from both sides of the flybridge helm area. This allowed Silverton to give this model a full-beam salon area. Built on a solid fiberglass modified V-hull, the two stateroom and two head interior (both have separate stall showers) floor plan is arranged with a mid-level galley and dinette area. The salon offers a separate convertible sofa (sleeps two) and the built-in entertainment area to starboard. The flybridge offers great visibility and lots of seating, enclosed with isinglass. The sundeck area is also enclosed with isinglass enclosures and has a wetbar too (icemaker freezes but does not produce ice). This isn't your typical 35 foot boat. Silverton gave a lot of thought into providing the room you will typically find in a 40 foot motoryacht. Boat is kept under a roofed slip.
The 8.1L Cruisaders rated at 385hp each have approximately 240 original hours. Kohler 7.3E (enclosed) generator with approximately 1600 hours. Boat is still being used and these hours could rise. Mid AC unit was replaced in the spring of 2015 with a Wesbaco 16,000 BTU unit. Aft AC is original unit and works as it should. Both AC units are reverse flow systems to produce heat and air coniditioning. The Norcoldrefrigerator (12/24/110 volts) was replaced in 2013 and has seen limited use since new. April 2013 marine survey listed the fair market value as $125,000 and replacement value as $460,000. Current NADA Low Retail price is $74,700 and Average Retail price is $83,985.
The boat is kept on the Tennessee River (Kentucky Lake) which gives it access to not only the lengthy Tennessee River system but also the Ohio and MississippiRivers along with the Gulf of Mexico. Boat is priced to sell quickly and may be withdrawn from auction pending local sale.Don't miss the boat!!
