Silverton 31 Express

Hello up for sale is a beautifully kept and currently lived aboard 31 silverton express cruiser. Twin Crusader 350 both have good compression port is turn key ready and starboard needs one manifold and elbow replaced was running but when I replaced the gaskets in both motors one of the manifolds and elbows didn't come apart so I tossed it out and haven't replaced yet. Has a thirty five gallon bait tank with raw water pickup and self bailing and draining. All gauges operational as well as depthfinder and GPS. All decks have had recent new gel coat work and non skid all the way around topside. there are no soft spots on the boat at all. props are in flawless condition as of 6 months ago during haul out also got new bottom paint zincs and the hull buffed at that time as well as motors removed all shafts cleaned of old packing and new packing installed with high grade virtually dripless fibers. steering pumps up and holds pressure for several days I released pressure after that and system has no leaks anywhere. There is a 47 gallon fresh water tank on board with automatic three stage pump with auto presuure shut off fully operational and fresh water tanks are clean and we have drank from it for almost a year now and haven't grown any toes or fingers. the Kitchen is equipped with two burner stove both 110v and alchol both operational. a little bigger than a dorm style fridge operates on 110 or 12vdc and works perfectly. there is a 9k btu marine ac and heat unit inside cools the boat icy cold on hot summer days. and lets face it we live in florida if its to cold open the door its warm outside we live in florida. all seat cushions have had recent professional new coverings including v berth with water proof material to prevent wet bedding issues. there is a small couch where my child currently has her bed and a four person dinette and plenty of storage through the boat. the bathroom is a shit shower and shave stall but I am 6 ft and never hit my head any where in the boat. the v berth is very spaceous probably a little bigger than a queen just differently shaped obviously. We have lived on this boat for about a year now and my daughter is out growing her bedding area currently so we are looking to upgrade in size. The boat is currently kept in a brackish mostly fresh water marina located in Melbourne florida. dockage is 10ft per month plus electric. the facilities also has showers with bathrooms and laundry available 24/7 and the boat is able to stay in its current slip if desired.
