Boat in Good condition. Just checked on last month. Interior very clean and dry. Has large living area with two bedrooms and full bath including stand alone shower stall. Has full working kitchen. Has all electronics including radar but noticed the Garmin head unit has fogged and may need updating. Exterior needs a good washing due to sitting in the water in south FL climate. All the vinyl in good shape with no major stains or tears. Has large rear deck seating area. Boat runs but could use fresh fuel and filters changed due to sitting.

1992 Silverton 34 which made a trip down the ICW last summer and when arriving in Cape Coral I had my father pass away and had to leave it to immediately fly to IL. Is on the ICW so it wouldnt be a problem to move up east coast by water. Made Cape Coral from NC coast in two weeks. Could possibly due it in 10 days. Slip will be paid through 1 June. Possible short term creative financing with enough money down. Of course as with all boats. As is where is. You will be getting a very nice boat for the price. I hate to sell but I now am responsible for taking care of elderly mother who is ill and I dont have the time. If it doesnt sell I may decide to keep it for in the future as a vacation home on the water and drive it down to key west since I am retired military
