I bought this boat only to have a place to escape and get away during the holidays/birthdays and baby shower. I'm headed back up north in a few weeks.I only used it to sleep on for a month so I cannot tell you anything about the motors or generator. They all look complete but previous owner said they need some attention.Twin 454's inboards with velvet drives and freshwater cooled. Low hours and everything looks clean in engine compartment.Slip is paid up til January 1st and is transferable, boat insurance ( currently insured for $10,000) is only $19 a month, slip is 250 a month or 400 a month if you live onboard. Marina has heated bathrooms with laundry, lockers and big showers. It's a floating one and a half bedroom condo on the water.
