1984 Silverton Cruiser 31 Fishing Boat
When we licked up this boat at its current location, Larsen Marine in Waukegan, Doug Larsen said this may not be the prettiest boat but I saw him drive it into the marine without any problems. A month later as we were cleaning her up, another employee from the service department said, thats a good running boat, I watched the donor drive it into the marina. Neither one of these guys can really speak to its operating condition as they did not do any service work to the vessel, but as someone who picks up boats to have two marina workers comment independently about seeing it driven into the marina that is a good thing.
Now regarding its condition, the donor says it is a great running boat, no leaks from the hull/seals, He thinks the carburetors probably need some cleaning. The down riggers work, and the boat was used for fishing. The flybridge is what it is, there are some spots on the sidewall where you enter the boat that are rotting out but it is more cosmetic than structural. You will see in the pictures the fishing poles, that is only for a visual of how the boat was set up, the fishing poles do not go with the boat. There are life jackets on the boat, bumpers, misc. fishing lures.
Any questions let me know.
