Sidewinder

Up for Auction is my 1971 Sidewinder Super SS 18' 455 Olds Jet Boat. Rebuilt 455 Olds. 30 over, everything new in engine. Engine builder said approximately 500 hp. Heads,pistons etc.. Cam is a custom ground Howard marine . I have the specs on it. Only about 1/2 hour of run time on new motor. Was broke in on engine stand with break in motor oil. Now has fresh oil change. Starts and runs good. HEI distributor. New marine battery, battery shut of switch. 12JC-A Berkeley Jet drive with Place Diverter (rooster tail) also has reverse bucket. All lights and gauges work. Fuel, Volt,speedo, rpm, temp and oil gauge. New stainless steel fuel tank. New automatic bilge pump. New exhaust flaps and hoses. All new cables and steering rack,Seats 6. Interior is very nice with no rips or tears. Trailer has new lights, rims and tires, winch, trailer jack and new lights. Have titles for both boat and trailer. Boat is registered to 6/21/2016. Overall nice condition for a 1971 with normal wear and tear. Boat shows well. There is a couple cracks in windshield which is normal for these boat. I do have the info on a place that makes replacement if you would like to replace. Cracks never bothered me. This is a great riding boat in choppy water. Nice V Hull.
