Shepherd

1956 Shepherd 18' Utility. I purchased the boat a few years ago with the intention of turning it into a daily user not a refined show boat. The difficult part has been restored already which is the bottom. Not sure exactly what no soak bottom has been done be it epoxy, West System etc. You can see from the inside of the boat a lot of time and money has been spent on that part of the boat. The interior has been completed in red. The boat appears to have all of the hardware, wiring and basic screws to reassemble. If you know Shepherd boats they are amongst the best built hulls to handle rough water. The Chrysler Crown motor I have not had running but appears clean and not abused. I was told it was rebuilt but cannot verify. While I do not want to sell the boat it is impossible for me to complete the boat with the amount of work I have in my shop. My intention was to paint the sides of the boat as that was an option on this hull and finish the decks with varnish. Trailer included. As is. For Sale locally as well.
