Shepherd

From what I was told, this is a 1937 Shepherd 17'. Prewar Shepherd boats are extremely hard to come by. I have only seen a picture of one other prewar 17'. I believe that the engine is original and it is a Gray Fireball 90. The motor turns freely. The boat needs restoration but has great bones and most of the wood seems ok. It does not have the windshield brackets, but all other hardware seems to be present. I think at one point in the boats life it was modernized with some newer Shepherd boat hardware. If you want to have a boat that no one else has, this is it. No trailer, but I can load easily onto yours. Only reason I am selling is to make room for a large Elco project boat.
