All issues are minor and cosmetic, excellent boat for being over 15 years old. Last went out 6/13/15- Boat, Generator, and Cabin A/C ran flawlessly for 6+ hours.

Replaced Mercruiser 454 (Repowered) in May 2012 at a cost of $9,000.

-Engine had thrown a rod and was entirely replaced not rebuilt.

Boat has only been used 4-5 times a year (<50hrs/yr) since 2012 because we have young children. Kohler Marine 4kw Generator (Rebuilt in 2010) Has 525 hrs

Cabin AC/Heat works perfectly (Replaced in 2011).

Windlass Anchor Winch with helm controls. New Anchor & 250' Rhode in 2012

Helm controlled 360 degree Spot/Flood LightRubber Bellows between Engine & Outdrive were Replaced in 2012
