1996 Searay. Motor runs, but hasn't been running for over a year. Outdrive does not work - when you put it in gear the prop does not spin.... not sure if it is just the shear pin or other more serious issue. Seats are not torn, but are in need of cleanup. Hull is sound, but fiberglass finish needs to be restored.... no luster. So this is a fixer upper for someone who enjoys restoring boats.

I am not looking to make any money on it. I want to keep the trailer for another purpose, so I need someone who wants to restore this boat but provide your own trailer or slip. The motor ran good the last time I had it out, but the prop stopped working when it was put in gear. Not sure if the shear pin broke or what else may be the issue with the outdrive. the hull is solid but the finish is dull. the seats are not torn, but need to be cleaned up. It has a radio and a depth finder - not sure if the depth finder still works or not. So this is a fixer upper - if someone wants a boat to restore - this is it.
