SUPER nice, VERY clean, newly repowered SearaySundancer 270DA. Twin 4.3s (starboard is newlast year, port new few yearsago.) I spent over $15,000 this year upgrading and maintaining the boat. I mustsell for personal reasons, or will consider a trade for a trailer boat. This boat was kept out of the water for 10 years, the previous owner restored the interior. I put it in Charleston SC on the river last year. I spent a lot of money finishing the restore, but just don't have the time to spend enjoying the boat. You wont be disappointed. The interior is mostly new, and VERY clean. The desk is amazing as is all the teak. I put AC in last year, and the cockpit cover is new. The ONLY thingI'd probably do is put a new Bimini top or a hard top on. The boat is cleaned monthly in the water.
Full Galley, full head, sleeps 6.Beautiful ClassicSearay ready to cruise. I havereceipts for inspection. Boat iswet slipped on theAshely River inCharlestonSC.New this year are:

Couple answers to multiple questions...
Bottom was cleaned and zincs checked on March 17.
Yes, the boat can stay in the slip if you take over the slip fee of ~$340/mo until you can move it.
There is a boat ramp about a mile away and is easy to load. I'm happy to pass along a guy I've used to move it before.
The boat weighs about 7000lbs.
There is about 100 gallons of fuel.
I am planning on being in Charleston on March 27th and 28th, and can complete the transaction in person if needed.
