This boat is a wonderful live aboard boat, ready to move into with fresh, clean linens, silverware and utensils. Three TVs and KVH $5,000 gyro stabilized TV antenna. Caterpillar 3208 engines V8 supercharged 320 hp each. $2500 boarding stairs.
80% of the canvas and see through poly blew away with hurricane Irma. I have a bid for the bridge canvas of $1400. The aft deck canvas would be extra.
There is a very slight oil leak on the port engine, not enough to be noticed on the dipstick after a twelve hour cruise. The autopilot is old technology but has a new Garmin Chart plotter. There are three two Racor and one Caterpillar fuel filters on each engine. The two Racor filter holders on the port engine need replacing, but the engine is running fine on the Caterpillar fuel filter. The VHF radio needs a new antenna. The depth finder is hard to read. The last time I had her out there was a slight vibration at about 1800RPM on the port prop, so I had the props and running gear cleaned and I havent had her out since then.
The engines were replaced in 2001 and are running fine with approximately 1800hrs.
The interior living quarters are clean and beautiful. This aft cabin configuration is hard to beat for liveaboard. There is a TV in the aft cabin, in the forward cabin and in the salon. Stereo and VCR//DVD players. There are hanging davits for a dinghy. The radar, separate ice-maker and mictowave need attention or replacement. The radar antenna is OK. Its the bridge viewer that needs repair or replacement. There is a new 14 refrigerator and a washer dryerboth in good working condition, but the washer dryer takes a long time to dry .clothes. We always used the one in the marina. There are three air conditoners, two of which work fine and cool the boat adequately. This is a great live aboard boat, the new owner would do well if he/she is a do-it-youselfer.
There is a $2500 boarding ladder shown in the pictures.
