Seamaster 47' Houseboat

Beautiful classic Houseboat! 1976 Seamaster 47' steel hull. I spent the last two years lovingly and tastefully restoring this vessel. 95% done....only the Marine carpeting left to be done on the decks and walkways, and a few other small "to do" items, but useable as is! New bottom job and exterior epoxy paint. New plywood sub floors, and new laminate dark wood grain flooring. New interior paint. Completely remodeled living room, kitchen, Master bath and bedroom, new mattresses and bedding, new furniture and cushions, new blinds and curtains, new marble on shower walls, new herringbone marble floors in bathroom, new vessel sink and vanity. New granite countertops and kitchen island. New stainless appliances and frost free fridge. New stainless BBQ pit. Wine cooler. New TV and VCR. Stereo. Marine radio, GPS/fish finder. New retro engine instruments, and helm. New 12volt/110 lighting, 2 air conditioners. 1 new in master. Ford Windsor 231 (235hp) Engine recently rebuilt with less than 50 hours on it. New carb. Fresh water flush kit. Runs great!! mercruiser aplha one outdrive with new impeller and bellows. The boat is a 75k boat once its 100% done. We are just out of time and money to finish it and need kids college money!! But like I said....it's very useable as is. We camp on it almost every weekend.
