Up for sale is a 1978 18 foot Sea Sprite tri hull powered by a 1977 Evinrude 140 hp outboard. The boat is solid, the motor has had the carbs rebuilt, the transom was professionally redone 5 years ago and is solid. The boat has new carpeting, new steering cable, pedestal seat for driver and new back to back seat for passenger. This is an open bow with seating currently for 5. The boat needs a few things in the interior to be completed. Trailer is a Little Dude and has brand new tires and lights,,tires have only 500 miles on them. A link to a video of the engine running is below. The boat was built by the Glastex Co and if you know boats you will know they were a top notch manufacturer. Stringers are solid and encased in fiberglass. This is a modified tri hull and rides amazingly well in rough water,,planes off quickly but handles waves like a deep V. This would be a great boat for someone willing to finish the interior. I am selling this because I bought a pontoon boat.
