I have the New York title to this vessel in hand. It was abandoned at our facility in Florida, and the title was released to us for removal. The boat is to besold, AS IS, WHERE IS. No promises expressed or implied as to any specific use or condition.
That being said, we did inspect the vessel and noted items present within the vessel.
Forward V-Birth, Mid-Ship Birth, Stand Up Shower and Head, Aft Deck Drop Seating, Bennett Trim Tabs, Battery Charger, 3 x Deep Cycle Batteries (All Tested Bad), Fresh Water Dock Side Hookup With Regulator, Water Heater, Pioneer CD Player / Sony Speakers, Kenyon Model 214 Electric Only Stove, NorCold Tek II Refrigerator/Freezer, 30 Amp Shore Power Receptacle andBreaker Panel with Volt and Amp Meters, Compass (Noted Full of Fluid), Garmin GPS, Convertible Canvas Top, and Canvas Extension Top.
Engines and Drives, The engines are much newer than the boat, The engines are Mercruiser 262 CID, 4.3 Liter, MPI (Multi-Port Injection), Fresh Water Cooled (Anti-Freeze), The Transom Brackets, and stern drives seem to be Original to the vessel.
We inspected the engines and found No water in the oil, and the port would turn over and "chug" when fuel was introduced into intake. The Port engine ran poorly by this method. The starters and the raw water pumps have been wet with rain water. The starters did work after tapping with a hammer. The engines are Not Locked up and turn over freely. The port engine started and seems to have compression issues. The Starboard engine turns freely but will not start and run. The starboard engine does also seem to have compression issues by the way it sounds when turning over. The previous owner would not authorize any further inspections and abandoned the boat to us. We have not done a compression test on either engine. Frankly, because no one to invoice for the work. The stern drives were inspected for water intrusion and no water was found. Both Drives are corroded, and two cracks were noted on the port drive lower. Oil in both drives were found to be in good condition.
The hull and transom were inspected and found to be sound with no noted issues. The cushions in the cabin are missing, unknown where they are, and are not included.
Inspect the pictures closely, what is in the pictures is what is included in the sale.
