Vessel has been a project that I can no longer continue due to financial reasons. Heres a history of work on vessel:2017 vessel purchased. Engines were removed and the following were replaced: exhaust risers/ boots, cooling plumbing, circulation pumps, spark plugs and wires, oil pan gaskets, motor mounts, trim limit switches (currently inop), stern drive bellows and seals, raw water pumps in lower units, zincs, Fuel filters and carbs rebuilt. Engine area was cleaned and painted. Water heater was removed from outboard of stbd engine. Fresh water engine flush system installed.2018: utility area below cockpit fwd of engine room wood removed, replaced, fiberglassed and painted. Utility room painted white. Fresh water pump replaced. Shift and throttle cables replaced. New radio and cockpit speakers.2019: new water heater installed in utility area (needs plumbed and wired, but existing wiring in place). Lower unit trim motors rebuilt and new solenoids. Bottom painted. Battery shelf installed in engine room. Battery switches added so port, stbd, gen and house each have a switch.2020: new alternators, AC blower motor ( needs wired), battery charger, raw water pumps, 2 Bimini tops and zincs. Cockpit seating and combing/ side padding removed. Starboard was install as trim on sides and rear of cockpit.New pedestal mounted but seat needed.Intention was to have an open cockpit and easy to was down. While the AC blower motor needs wired, the cooling system is operational. Vessel painted white topsides with new nonskid and hull painted blue. Anchor chute removed and rebed with 5200.Engine area has great access with 3 removable hatches. 2 additional deck hatches provide access to the generator and utility room where black tank, A/C, power converter, fresh water pump, and water heater are located. Cabin has V berth, microwave, fridge, sink and head. Cabin is clean with no water leaks. 2 new Bimini tops recently installed and has original cockpit cover. 5.0 Kw generator runs well, but the base is rusty. The raw water pump has been rebuilt and new supply hose. Windless works well with controls at helm.Vessel was last run 01/03/2021. After running well, starboard engine stalled and did not restart. It was leaking oil out of exhaust. Engines have oil leak at pan and rear main seal. Buyer is responsible for pickup, Vessel will need to be towed via water from current location. No trailer is included with thispurchase. $500.00 nonrefundable deposit required. plan to remove vessel within 7 days of sale. The nearest ramp is approximately 6 miles by water and is Charlie Leighton Park.
