Sea Ray Sundancer

This is a well maintained 1987 25 FT Sea Ray Sundancer. It is a single screw 350 Cu in / 250 HP Mercruiser with Alpha 1 drive in great condition. All maintenance done semi-annually and all repairs were done by a competent marine mechanic (not me). You cannot buy boats today with this kind of "rock-solid" hull. A great day and overnight boat. The drive trim and trim tabs enable this boat to easily cruise at 30 MPH and, at 2 mpg on average. The engine is very clean and has under 600 hours. There is a Garmin GPS and Hummingbird Fish finder. All gauges were replaced within the last 10 years. All controls are operable. In the cabin there is an AC/DC refrigerator, running water (hot water heater only functions on engine, not power) and porta-potti. I have flushed out the water system annually, so the water smells fresh and clean. Bimini cover, cockpit cover and camper surround plus other boat extras included. I replaced all the interior gunwale facing and built a storage box where I mounted the helm and cockpit seats 12 years ago. The radar arch was added by the previous owner where I mounted the running/dock lights. I have never fished with this boat. Canvasses are at the end of their life. You'll notice by the pictures that I did not do a very good job of compounding and waxing this year, but the boat, inside and out, cleans up real nice. I am, however, a stickler for mechanical perfection and will not take this boat out unless it is 100% functional. For the record, just had it out today and have been using it all summer. The reason I'm selling is that I am moving on to other forms of recreation. My wife and I have loved this boat for 12 years, but we are motivated sellers and invite your inquiry.
