Sea Ray Sundancer 420

1990 Sea Ray Cruiser with twin CAT 3208-TA, around 1550 hours on each.I bought this knowing it needed some work and completed the bottom job (fixed a handful of blisters, then 2 coats of epoxy barrier, then 3 coats of bottom paint, also applied guardian to running gear). Also replaced zincs.Port engine runs, video is posted. STBD engine needed a head gasket according to previous owner. I pulled the head(definitely needed to be done) then left it on the deck, was going to come back the following weekend to complete the job. I had a heart attack and the boat sat for about 3 months like that. It is surface rust (pictures posted), but at this point I can't work on her anymore.The canvas needs replaced, I have most of the forward complete and will include as well as enough canvas to finish the entire job.I also have all the old cushions, they need to be recovered. I will also include all the material for that as well. The interior needs to be cleaned, and some wall covering in the mid cabin needs to be replaced or cleaned well due to a water leak at the helm.As much as it saddens me to let this go, I just don't see that I can finish the work anytime soon. This is a USCG documented vessel, so no sales tax to register it, but we do need to get the transfer forms notarized.
