2015 Sea Ray 310 Sundancer

This boat is very, very clean. I am the second owner, i bought it in 2019 with 60 hours on it from the Sea Ray Dealer in thousand Islands NY, it now has 207 hours. It is always a freshwater boat, always adult owned and operated, always maintained, has never been bottom painted, the hull is almost perfect. It has been waxed twice a year, and always dealer maintained. Service records, and all books and manuals are present. Twin 5.0 Mercury engines, Oil changes in the engines, and grease in the lower units every year. The water pump impellers have been changed. It has always only been run on ethanol free fuel. It has always been stored inside winters, and is currently winterized and stored inside until June 1st in Buffalo NY. I had a survey done when I bought it, a copy of that survey is available. All four batteries are newer, and all of the zincs were changed one year ago. Recent tune up on both engines has been done. Always maintained with an open check book. It comes with a full camper enclosure, and a separate full cockpit canvas cover in addition. It has two tables, and two refrigerators for entertaining. All carpets and canvas is in very nice condition. The seats are perfect. The cabin has the hard wood floors option. This boat can sleep four very comfortably, with two private areas. We only used it for day trips, and I do not think anyone has ever spent the night on it. We still have the factory Sea Ray sheets in sealed plastic, unopened. The rear seat folds down and there is an additional pad that you can install to make one giant area for laying in the sun. It was a great fun boat for us, but we are downsizing a bit. The boat can be seen at the dealer in Buffalo NY inside a building where it can stay until June. It does not have a trailer. The dealer can help with trucking and loading if needed, or you can motor it home via Lake Erie, or the Erie Canal. The boat is being sold As is, where is, Buffalo Ny. Clear New York State title in my name. The deal can be closed by an licensed Attorney, you would send the funds to the attorney, and he would send you the title and bill of sale, if desired.
