THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND Turn key boat. This boat has always been in freshwater and kept under a shelter. There are no stains on the headliner and walls. I spent a couple of years and 100's of hours redoing this boat. Then my wife decided she wanted a bigger boat and bought a Sea Ray 410 Aft Cabin. Now I get to start ALL over again. POWER and ELECTRICALThis boat has Mercruiser 7.4 Liter big block V8 engines. These are strong engines that run great. There are freshwater cooling systems on the engines so seawater does not circulate through the engine blocks. I replaced the risers and replaced the cast iron intake manifolds with aluminum manifolds. Also, installed new water pumps.New shafts were installed and new stuffing boxes. I put in all new strainers, thru hulls and seacocks with flush connectors. I used these so I could shut off the seacocks and flush the engines and generator.New seawater pumps were installed and flow meters with alarms to warn of no water supply in the intakes. Both bilge pumps have been replaced with 1950 GPH pumps and have high water alarms attached.I built and installed a fuel delivery panel where you can select which tank you want to use.Installed (2) fuel monitors in dash.Installed new trim tab cylinders and put in trim tab indicators in dash.Installed new steering cable.ALL hoses were replaced with much better quality hoses.Completely rewired the boat with higher quality wiring. There was originally only a 14 gauge wire for the cabin and dash. I replaced it with (3) separate 8 gauge circuits. (1) for the cabin, (1) for the audio and (1) for GPS, VHF, Etc... Now all those systems have their own power supply, grounds and fuse boxes. I made and installed power and ground buses coming directly off the house battery bank. The starboard engine has a new 150 AMP Balmar dual charging alternator with digital voltage regulator. This charges the house bank of (4) deep cycle Interstate Batteries. The port engine has an 85 AMP alternator with digital voltage regulator that charges large starter battery for the engines & generator. The two systems are now separated with battery switches to be more efficient. Both starters were rebuilt.Installed in dash depth finder.Installed top of the line VHF radio with new high quality antenna.Has a Furano Radar System (but it's hard to read)Has Furano GPS (but missing disc)Replaced the standard (6) gallon water heater with a new (12) gallon heater.Completely rebuilt anchor windlass that is controlled from the helm which makes anchoring it very easy. There is a 5KW Generator that works perfect.Installed a 2500 Watt Inverter/Charger system with a digital control panel.Installed underwater blue lights and blue lights in the deck area. CABINThe cabin is in great condition and very spacious. The forward and aft cabins each have a privacy curtain. The cabin is capable of sleeping (6) people comfortably on (3) separate beds.Reupholstered the entire V-BerthInstalled rope lightingInstalled digital AC/Heat controlThe galley includes: (2) burner gas/electric stove, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. All in perfect working condition.Bathroom has a sink, shower and Vacuflush Head system that was completely rebuilt with all new seals, gaskets and hoses.New upgraded faucets in kitchen and bathroom.Installed Fusion AM/FM CD Player/ Bluetooth in cabin with a remote control installed at the helm.Installed new TV/DVD in cabinCabin has (3) hanging lockers$600 bedding for Aft cabin. DECKThis boat has a very spacious deck area that will hold a large group of people when you want to entertain. The upholstery is in very good condition.Cockpit sink with built in ice makerCockpit wash down hookupsEasy access door in rearRadar ArchSnap on sun pads for front bowThere is a Sunbrella bimini top and complete cockpit cover. All running lights, cabin lights and the remote controlled spotlight work great.Just had a $1600 bottom paint job with new zincsThis boat has been meticulously maintained with an opened checkbook. No expenses were spared! It truely saddens me to sell her.
