The boat is located in Wilmington NC. Feel free to call me phone if you are interested.I'm selling my 1990 Searay Sundancer 310. I bought this boat last winter and completely repowered and rebuilt pretty much every system to get it ready for the summer on the water. It has Mercruiser 5.7 engines that were brand new in December, I put new aluminum edelbrock intakes and new edelbrock marine carbs on them. All new risers, manifolds, fuel pumps, water pumps, alternator, belts, starters, sensors. Rebuilt the transmissions and v drives. I have put approx 50 hours on the engines and generator since they were replaced. They all run perfect. The engines have a 1 year warranty and the generator has 2 year warranty. It has freshwater cooling systems on the engines (that means there is coolant in the engines blocks, not saltwater) And has straight shafts with V drives. This is what I believe the best setup for a boat that is kept in the water. The 5kw westerbeke generator was completely rebuilt as well. All hoses, fittings, valves, shaft packing, zincs, raw water strainers, pumps, bildge pumps and switches were replaced as well.I had all the upholstery on the helm and outside areas re done. It looks great. I also started installing faux teak decking on the back area and helm area and swim platform. The bottom was stripped and repainted in April with Pettit ablative antifouling paint. The hull has no blisters anywhere under the water line. There are a couple dings and dents along the rub rail from previous owners(i assume from docking) Overall I would give the fiberglass a 8 out of 10 for condition, 10 out of 10 for mechanical condition and 7 out of 10 for interior. The boat originally came from a freshwater lake in Oklahoma and you can tell, it is really clean for its age.The air conditioning works perfect, as well as the fridge, microwave and hot water heater. All of this works on either shore power or off the generator when you are not at the dock. The Vacuflush head system was completely gone thru and is in perfect working order. It has a holding tank and over board discharge. The boat has tons of room inside, sleeps at least 6 on 3 separate beds. I originally was planning to re do the entire interior, I replaced the fabric on the V berth cushions but have not replaced anymore of the interior. I am being relocated for work and can not keep this boat. I wish I could because it is awesome and we use it every weekend. There are some stains on some of the headliner fabric and fabric along the walls from when it sat before I got it. There are NO leaks, it rained here like 30 inches in the past month and the inside stays dry. Like i said I had plans to re do the interior but work is making me move. I got the mechnicals good so I could put it in the water and use it while I did the interior projects. It is truly turn key, the engines start up on the first crank. They run perfect, it goes 34mph wide open and cruises along nicely at 8-10mph for slow cruising. All the pumps work, generator works, fresh water system works, hot water heater works, head works, fridge works, all the running lights and underwater lights work. I also installed a Lewmar anchor windlass that is controlled from the helm and makes anchoring it super easy. The only things that do not work right now are as follows, 2 of the windshield wiper motors don't work, one of the fuel gauges sometimes works and sometimes doesn't(its easy to base your fuel off what the other tank reads, there are 2 tanks and each motor runs of its own), the electric part of the stove doesn't work (i use an outdoor grill or small butane burner to cook with and its way better) The stereo isn't hooked up (i use a bluetooth speaker) Also the fixed VHF at the helm doesn't work. It has a Garmin GPS, depth finder, and speedometer with water temp. Also I do not have the rest of the pieces for the enclosure. I only have what is pictured, the bimni top. I was planning to get the rest of the enclosure done this summer. The dinghy that is in a couple pics is NOT included. You will get the dock lines and some life jackets and the shore power cables and adapters.I'm asking $25,000 obo in Wilmington NC.
