Clean low cost live aboard. Reserve is 4 digits. We used it about 5 seasons as our beach house. Sleeps up to 6 but I would say 4 adults and 2 children. The interior is clean but not detailed yet. I usually get it done when they put it in the water. AC works great and there is room for a 40" flat screen TV. (not included) Keeps the kids busy while you party with the neighbors. It is currently "out of the water" at Ocean Beach Marina in Lavallette, NJ. Good time to check out how clean the hull is. OB Marina has performed the maintenance and winter storage the entire time I owned it. It is a great full service marina if you decide to keep it there. Short walk to the beach too. I posted pictures of the actual spec sheets that came with the boat. They have much info including the options it came with. She still runs great and the engine compartments are spotless. Approx 920 hrs on each motor. Fresh water cooled probably helped the condition. Canvas is all there and in great shape. Out of the 100 or so snaps only one is pulled out and it happened a week ago. Zippers are all good. The stereo is major. Sub woofer, multiple speakers in the cabin and outside with 2 large power amps. Some colored lighting looks very cool. For an 25 year old boat she cleans up nice. Most of the pictures are from last season except for the helicopter shots. They are a few years older.Send me an email with questions. I am motivated and all things are negotiable especially if I don't put it back in the water. I am not desperate however! I will be much less flexible if I have to rent a slip and pay to put the motors, AC, head and running water back in service. I do plan on putting a fresh coat of bottom paint and cleaning up the out drives as I do every year. Keep in mind you cannot move this with your Jeep. It is 8000 lbs and 2 feet wider than the Dept of Transportation allows without a permit. I received a quote for $3500 to move it to Florida last summer. Decided to sell it instead. If you plan on driving it away on the water or keeping it at OBM we can work things out. I also have many more pictures. This boat is for sale locally. First money takes it.Glenn
