Sea Ray Sundancer 270

Please read the entire listing before bidding!!! I am listing my 1986 Sea Ray Sundancer 270 for sale. It has been kept and used on the upper Chesapeake Bay in the Bohemia river. Twin Mercruiser 470 4 cylinder engines. Starboard side engine is brand new in 2014 with less than 10 hrs on it. Alpha 1 outdrives with one year old 4 blade solas props. Impellers and bellows done in 2014. The boat has trim tabs, 30 gal fresh water tank, enclosed head with shower, sink and pump out toilet. Sleeps 5 adults. Shore power. I have lovingly used this boat almost every weekend during warm weather

for the last two years and have put a lot of work into it. Including

restaining most of the teak on the deck, removing the carpet in the

cabin and replacing with laminate hardwood, and much mechanical work.

With that being said, there is some more work to be done. It is an older

vessel and will need regular maintenance. The starboard side engine, has a small leak from one of the fittings on the oil

pan. The starboard lower unit has some corrosion and will need repair.

It will need bottom paint soon but should at least be touched up before

launch.I have kept the boat at Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour in

Chesapeake City, MD. It is currently dry docked there if you would like

to see it. It is registered and titled in MD. Please contact me for more

information and times to show it. Please make sure you have a plan in place to take possession of the boat and title before the listing ends. The boat is dry docked and there is no trailer included. I took the new pictures yesterday 3/13/15. One pic shows a small hole in the starboard drive. It goes into the water jacket so the drive is still usable. No oil can leak out of the hole. But the lower unit should be replaced at some point.
