You are looking at a 1991 Sea Ray Sundancer 270. We purchased this boat (with a few others as part of a larger package) a short while back. I have a few other projects that I am engaged in that will take me well into winter. I wouldn't be able to do anything to this boat until spring time so I wanted to offer it as a running project boat. NEWER ENGINE, less than 200 hours!!! Brand new fuel pump! NO RESERVE!!!The batteries in the boat are from 2019 but were dead so we just jump started the engine from a good battery. The engine started (it was previously winterized and the cylinders fogged so the fogging oil had to burn off a bit). Engine oil was checked as well-it was ok. The engine has been repowered and we were told has approx. 160-170 hours on it. There is a rebuild tag on the side of the new block. The trim tabs operated. The outdrive trim operated but was a bit hit or miss, however I think that could have been our temporary battery connections, the outdrive did good all the way up and down though. We do not have a canvas top for the boat. The seats are not perfect but very usable as is. The Aft seat bottom is there and nice, rear part of seat not used/not on boat. Engine compartment/bilge is very clean as well.So here is what we think the boat will need:*Exhaust manifold to engine block gaskets (manifolds and risers look ok).*Batteries fully charged*Full oil changed/gear oil*New impeller (cooling system)*Some cleaningOptions that the boat has:*JRC Radar*Bow rail fender holders/fenders*Carpeted cockpit*H/W heater*Newer A/C unit (2017)*Fresh water system*Windlass anchor system*Waste water system*Swim platform ladder*Fridge/stove/microwave*Aft cabin w/ storage to the sides and under*30 Amp shore power hookup*Dinette (retracts into a sleeping area)*Hydraulic trim tabs*Full head (bathroom)This is not an absolutely turn key boat. It will need a small bit of work but can be in the water within a very short time!! NO RESERVE!! I would expect maybe a week or so of leisurely working on the boat and she should be water ready. The interior cabin headliner does have a few stains from previous leaks/etc. Just wanted to mention it. The gel coat is in nice original shape with a nice shine to it.Rebuilt 7.4L big blocks alone are about $4,500 plus labor!!! This one has less than 200 hours!! The trailer is not included as it is not ours. It is borrowed from a friends fishing boat just to make moving this boat around much easier! Please let me know if you are in need of a trailer. We have a few from our other boats and may be able to help. All are galvanized. This boat originally was a lake boat down in Mississippi. So it has spent most of it's life in freshwater which shows with the condition of the original Bravo 3 outdrive. It is NOT all corroded like most are. There is plenty of cabinets and storage on this boat!CLEAN TITLE!!! NO RESERVE!!!
