Sea Ray Sundancer 250

I have owned this boat for 5 years as a project, but I have come into some extra money, and I'd rather buy something newer that I don't need to work on at this point. In order to make room, I need this out of the storage lot, so I am selling it AS IS, with NO RESERVE. I have a TON of money in this boat that I know I'll never get out of it, but its time for it to go.

Things I know it needs to get running -

- Starter

- Trim Pump Motor

- Trim Pump Switch

- Deck Fill Caps

- Fuel tank may need emptied; has 2 year old gas in itAfter you get it running, the rest is up to you as far as what you want to do to bring it up to your standards -

- Outsideupholsteryis really rough - should be replaced

- Back bench seat is out of the boat

- Step-through door is rotted, needs replaced

- Inside is mildewed; needs solid cleaning

- Some of the interior wood is rough and needs replaced

- Missing front hatch; currently covered with plexiglassThings it comes with -

- Rebuilt 454, bored .060 over; less than 1 hour of runtime before starter died

- 2 batteries (1 only a year old)

- Two bimini tops (shown)

- Canvas cover (shown)

- Air Conditioner (no idea if it runs or not - never tried)To be absolutely clear, this is a PROJECT BOAT that will need work before its ready and is being sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
