This Sea Ray to the best of our knowledge has only been used in fresh water lakes. Engine runs great and has less than (10) hours. Items that need to be noted;

• Refrigerator seems to occasionally stop working.
• Depth sounder does not work. Previous owner says they did not ever need the depth sounder and by the look of the props and bottom of the boat it is cleared it has never been grounded.
• No stereo but there are speakers.
• VHF radio is old and works but the display can not be read very well
• Interior cushions are usable but need to be upgraded in future
• Exterior cushions are original and good considering their age and environment.
• Vent cover for anchor locker missing.
• Port hand rail is bent about 1/3 from bow pulpit.

We have been asked to assist in the selling of this boat and our comments are based on information from owner and our own observations. We are very familiar with the engine replacement and overhaul as we oversaw this work this Spring. Hull could use a wax job and buffing but we have seen no deep scratches or gouges. Bottom is in good condition. Deck of boat is solid. Engine compartment is clean. Overall appears to be a good boat especially given the near zero hours on the engine. This Sea Ray is a great compromise between a runabout and a cruiser. Aft outside area has abundant seating for up to (10).We do have two different trailers currently available for this boat for those buyers who might need a trailer. The first trailer is a galvanized dual axle roller trailer. This trailer has a relatively short tongue and it would be best to pull this trailer with a pick-up truck due to the overhang of the bow pulpit of the boat. It can be purchased for $1,250.00. The second trailer is an aluminum dual torsion axle trailer and will accommodate a boat up to 30' long. This trailer has new bunk boards and new tires in 2017. The price of this trailer is $1,800.00. Both trailers are subject to prior sale. The boat is listed for sale locally and seller reserves the right to end the auction early. This Sea Ray is being sold as-is-where-is.
