RESERVE IS SET CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN IT'S MARKET VALUESelling my SeaRay w/ 305 Merc with Shorelander trailer which I've owned since 2010. We have a baby now so my priorities have changed. The boat is in great mechanical condition. I dropped a rebuilt 305 in January 2014 which has approximately 15 hours. She has been winterized and wrapped since late September 2014 since our son was born in June 2015. The prop's housing was completely redone in 2013 and the rear platform was reinforced to carry a load over 700LBS. I also had a custom black camper and bimini canvas built since SeaRay doesn't make them anymore for this year/mode which has zippered plastic and screen Windows. I've only used this boat for recreational and was often camped on water, never pulling anyone of fishing. Pretty much, I have always been on Lake Geneva, riding around for 15-20 minutes at a time, where I would cut off the engine and float for a few hours, then ride around for a few more minutes and camp out again.FEATURES OF BOAT:HULL:Dry Weight: 3,910LBSStainless Steel Bow and RailsTeak Wood Taff RailFull Swim Platform and LadderNavigation LightsForward Anchor Locker HatchCustom Cabin Hull WindowsINTERIOR:Fiberglass Cockpit DeckIndirect Cockpit LightingRefreshment CenterIce Chest-Refreshment CenterBack-to Back Sunbather SeatingStowaway Aft Jump Seats- Convert to BunksUnder Carpet Floor StorageCabin V-BunkCabin Bulkhead MirrorBeverage HoldersSYSTEMS:Automatic Bilge PumpCabin Sump PumpElectric Bilge BlowerPower SteeringPower TrimTrim Indicator GaugeElectronic Fuel GaugeFish Well (Always used for storage only)Camper Aft CoverCuddy Cabin Head (porta potty w/ flush)Other things I can remember working on since I've owned her are: (receipts from licensed mechanic)Rework trailer brakesRework trailer wiringInstalled new chains on trailerReplaced fuses and installed new cigarette lighterAdjusted throttleInstalled new speedometerFlushed porta-potty yearly (didn't use hardly considering I was always on a slip at the Abbey Resort with bathroom access)New battery 2014The vinyl is original and is in good shape for being 31 years old but could use being replaced.Cloth in Cuddy is original but in good shape, not tears and has been steam cleaned twice since I've owned her and they are out being cleaned now thus the pictures without them. There's nothing that does not work, even down to the cigarette lighter, has never been in an accident nor has it been flooded. I have taken very good care of her and I believe it shows. She will start, first crank, that I promise. She's been kept indoor storage for first 4 years, last 2 years being outdoor, kept under large carport while being wrapped. There's tape on body from wrap being taken off so I will remove tape and buff the entire boat before I sell her.TITLE IS CLEAN AND IN HAND FOR IMMEDIATE TRANSFER. CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK IN HAND.If I left anything out, just ask. Thank you.
