It needs a good wax job, the gauge for power trim doesn't work and the speedometer doesn't work. Power trim gauge can be replaced if you don't want to look over the transom to see it's "in" or "out". Speedometer is not necessary because the GPS has all that and more.It was my project and can now be your pleasure.
