1973 Sea Ray SRV 240 Weekender

Mercruiser 228 Ford 302 V8 engine, Holley 4 BBL carburetor, SEI 106 stern drive, Bennet trim planes, Ballistic stainless steel propeller, Teak swim platform, S/S swim ladder, Appleco Fish Finder XCD 350, Marine radio, Cooler, Sani-Potti toilet, Dual Captain chairs, Deck cover and Bimini top !

Recently replaced new trim pump, hoses, starter, alternator, fuel pump and fuel pick up tube, fuel gage sender and drained fuel tank.

Also replaced engine coupling, motor mounts and supports, fresh oil and filter, fuel seperator and tune up with new spark plugs and wires.

And the SEI stern drive unit had a new water pump and gear oil change this year.

Plus the steering wheel, cable andgear box are new also.

Note: Does not includea trailer !

I have one of these boats, on the water, love it. But now I have gas fumes in the cabin. I found a hole in the compartment behind the flap that is under the step down into the cabin. It appears the hole is meant to be there and that something used to be in the hole. The gas fumes are definitely emanating from that hole. I am asking for help in getting a picture of the same spot on your boat. That might answer some questions for me. Please send the picture to my email.
