The "Lisa Ann" is a painstakingly restored beauty. The pictures show that we've put a lot of time and money into her, but unfortunately we are at a point in our lives where it's not in our budget to keep her. This boat would be a great liveaboard for one or two people. It has absolutely everything you could ask for, and is still small enough to maneuver. Here is a list of all of the work we've done so far:Brand new wall to wall carpet installed professionallyNew wood/vinyl flooring in galleyNew microwaveNew air conditioner-salonRebuilt Coffee PotStainless Steel BacksplashNew futon with cover in salonDecorated with beach colors and mermaidsTeak mermaids and dolphin accentsNew head system-brand new electric porcelain commode-replaced in-line filter, tooSeparate stand up shower with handheld wand and bench-separated from head with folding glassIce MakerApartment sized refrigerator/freezerStovetop with 3 burnersIncluded brand new toaster/convection oven-oversizedTV includedAll shore cords includedBBQ on back-purchased 2017, only used a couple of times (Magna)Nice aluminum folding deck chairs (2)New mattress in stateroom with brand new beddingNew batteriesMercruiser port new 11/2016, starboard 2012. She needs someone that is going to use her. I hate to see her go. She is located in Melbourne, Florida at a marina.
