2This Boat is in Good Condition. She is very dry inside and well Kept.
Boat can be used for fishing, cruising, & a home away from home while in a marina. The Boat is easy to dock & operate. There are steps to the fly bridge, instead of a ladder as well as a walk through bridge to the bow. The bottom was recently painted, it needs to be washed and waxed. The zincs were replaced, the engines were tuned upand some hoses were also replaced,as well as both bilge pumps last season. I also put two new batteries in her. She runs good. The engine hours are very low.The Boat is for sale locally as well. The boat is still in winter storage. Engines are winterized. The top is down. The batteries are at home being maintained. It will need a bath! But other than that it is ready to go. Should take less than a day to have it ready to be put back into the water. The location of the boat is in a good location to New Jersey, Maryland, short ride to Ocean, so it could go anywhere. Philadelphia is about a four ride. For shipping: It's overall length is 37'. The bottom of the hull to the top of the windshield with the arch down and top off is 11' 4". The beam is 11' 5" and the weight is 11,500 lbs.
Good condition, Some spider cracks, but otherwise in good condition for it's age. The ceiling in the front berth has water stains on it. The previous owner had left the front hatch open during a rain. It is and has been dry ever since we have had her and there is no odor.
The canvas and vinyl top enclosure is worn due to age. It will need to be replaced. The transom seat was recovered temporarily, not professionally, but it works for now. We have to let her go, because we cannot get her under a bridge where we wanted to take her to.
I have placed all the photo's I have of her at:http://www.flickr.com/photos/sharky691/ORhttp://www1.snapfish.com/snapfish/thumbnailshare/AlbumID=phone/a=17117230_17117230/otsc=SHR/otsi=SALBlink/COBRAND_NAME=snapfish/ORhttp://s1275.photobucket.com/user/mdoyle0000/library/ORhttp://s1275.photobucket.com/user/mdoyle0000/slideshow/There are a total of 63 pictures.PLEASE email me with ANY additional questions you may have. If you are serious about her, you can take a look at her, she is currently dry docked in Leipsic Delaware. Please be a serious bidder. I will be watching bidders, and rejecting out of country bidders and those with little or no feedback. I have had to re list this boat several times because bidders lived halfway across the country and thought they could pull up with a trailer, load the boat and drive it home. That is not going to happen. It is 35' long and 11' wide. It will need to be motored to your location through the waterways or trailed professionally. I have had too many people who buy the boat then cannot come up with the money to pay for it. classifieds board penalizes ME as the seller because I cannot leave these people negative feedback. I am wasting time and money. If you have any questions in regard to the boat PLEASE email me. I will get back to you. I would be happy to answer any questions, and make arrangements for you to get into the marina to look at it.NEW INFORMATION:
I have removed the top enclosure and have it at a canvas shop. A new enclosure is being made. It is White, not the gold color shown in the pictures.
It should be finished by thebeginning of September, possibly before that. It can be picked up at that time. I will NOT be shipping it. If you want to makearrangements and pay to have it shipped to your location, you can do so. I am NOT shipping it. Again, I have paid for it, but will NOT ship it.This Boat is in Good Condition.
